Return Policy

General Merchandise Return Policy:

As part of our reasonable Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to notify Eclipse Oregon of any shipment discrepancies (invoice overcharges, incorrect prices or items, damaged items, etc.) within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the merchandise. All discrepancies determined to be the fault of Eclipse Oregon will be credited or reshipped at our expense. Any issues reported beyond three (3) business days will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Eclipse Oregon.

Authorized Returns: 

Damaged, defective, or missing item(s)? 

Please call or email us to initiate a return. All returns must be authorized by a representative of Eclipse Oregon in order to receive credit or a replacement. Unauthorized returns will NOT be credited or reshipped. Please note that damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within three (3) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.

If the product is simply not working out for you:

All other products may be returned to Eclipse Oregon within 90 DAYS from invoice date. Any returned items that are NOT damaged or defective will incur a restocking fee of 10%, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please contact a representative of Eclipse Oregon with a list of items that you would like to return. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to complete your return. 

Return labels:

Return labels are valid for 15 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of issuance. Any return labels re-issued beyond 15 business days will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Eclipse Oregon.

Returned merchandise condition:

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition and include all original packing materials, instructions, and accessories. We will not issue partial display credits. Any used, incomplete, or defective merchandise will NOT be credited.

Item credits:

Credits will be given at the original purchase price.

All Sales On Warehouse Deals, Clearance Items, & Discontinued Items Are Final:
Eclipse Oregon shall not accept returns of any Warehouse Deals, Clearance Items, or Discontinued items.

Perishable Items Return Policy:
Eclipse Oregon will not accept any returns or issue credit on perishable products from our customers. We cannot guarantee the storage or shipping conditions from our customers to Eclipse, and therefore cannot in good conscience resell this product to other customers. Eclipse customers are expected to consider this policy and order perishable goods accordingly.

Damages And Shortages:
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must take photos & note when you sign for the delivery that the box(es) arrived damaged, keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your boxes arrive in good condition but have damages, shortages, or overages, please take photos of all damages (required for credit to be issued), and contact your Representative at Eclipse Oregon to file a claim. If the fault of Eclipse Oregon, any damaged, defective or shorted merchandise will be credited to your account or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Eclipse Oregon will arrange for return shipping.
Please know that the above situations are few and far between. Eclipse Oregon is dedicated to shipping your order quickly and accurately, and all orders are double-checked for accuracy and quality by members of our Staff.
