Shipping Policy
How and when are shipping charges calculated?
Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, an Eclipse representative will contact you with the total + shipping due for your order and will ship immediately upon your approval. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance (placed on every order) and COD fees if applicable.
When will my order ship?
All orders are packed, labeled and ready to ship within 24 hours of being placed. Once we receive approval to run payment from the customer, the order will be shipped. Many orders ship same day!
How will my order ship?
We ship ALL orders via UPS Ground.
Expedited shipping is available upon request, however this must be requested and approved in advance by contacting an Eclipse representative at 1-800-284-7444 at the time of your order. Additional charges will apply for any special shipping requests.
Will my package require a signature upon delivery?
Although it is recommended, we do not require that packages be signed for upon delivery unless requested by the customer. Customers will be provided tracking information when the order ships and are solely responsible for accepting their delivery. Eclipse Oregon is NOT liable for stolen or misplaced packages.
What if something is missing or broken when I receive my order?
Every order that leaves our warehouse, no matter the size, is fully insured. Quality control is something we pride ourselves in at Eclipse. Each item is carefully inspected and cross-checked with your invoice when packaged to avoid mistakes, missing items, and/or breakage. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing, please let us know so we can make your exchange or refund as swift and seamless as possible. Will you ship my order C.O.D.?
Once an ongoing business relationship has been established, you may be considered for a C.O.D. account. In order to qualify, you will need: at least 6 months of positive order history (no payment issues) and be willing to submit a credit check upon request. If ordering on the website, please DO NOT choose C.O.D. as a payment option at checkout unless you've had prior approval for a C.O.D. account from an Eclipse representative.
I'm located nearby. Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?
Dabsolutely! If you'd like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please select the "Will Call" option at checkout when ordering on the website or let your representative know when placing your order. You will be contacted when your order is ready. Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 9pm.
Do you ship internationally?
Our website is not currently set up to receive international orders, however if you are located outside the United States and you would like to place an order, please contact us at 1-800-284-7444, by email at charlie@eclipseoregon.com, or by using the contact form on our website, and we will work with you to get you what you need.
